It's Leslie here, reading your blog from my home in Canada where it's very cold and wintry. We have lots of snow on the ground and the temperature is about minus 20 C. during the day, unless the sun is shining and that tends to raise the temperature by late morning. Is it hard for you to imagine being in a place where it's that cold?
I've just listened to your video and I'm very impressed both with your ability to solve this maths problem and by your ability to make a video about it and attach the video to your blog. Well done, you!! You're the only person to have done this that I know of! It's very cool to hear your voice!
Your calculation is correct - good on you! Do you like doing maths when you're in school? I bet you do. It's fun to solve problems, isn't it? They're like a game or a challenge...
I'm going to keep reading your blog. Again, well done Joshua. I hope you're enjoying the Summer Learning Journey activities!!
