Flax weaving.

I would not want to do flax weaving  because It is a patient thing to do so I will give up very fast. I also am very bad at it. It does not interest me at all because for me it is very boring. My personality is a very fast person so I like to do things fast. If you think differently answer in the comment section.

    You are right Joshua, it does take quite a bit of patience to learn how to weave. You also have to consider that there are also techniques you need to learn to get better, but I get that it's not your thing. Maybe one day you could give it a go using a material other than flax, like coloured paper or plastic. If you could weave something (pretend you have all the necessary skills), what would you weave?

    I would love to weave more often, I have weaved with plastic and flax before and it takes a lot of practise. One day I want to weave a fala (mat) for my family, we used to have lots in our house but not so much now. I would also love to weave my Mum, sisters and niece an Ili (fan), my Grandparents had so many beautiful ili that had the most vibrant colours.
